The pictures of the property are misleading. The private beach and pier that looked so beautiful in the pics on Expedia looked like a swamp. No green or blue water it was brown and full of sea weed. No one was swimming in it. I should’ve taken pictures. If you’re going for the private beach you’re wasting time and money. That’s the main reason we booked Oceans Point. Room was decent and clean. Our ocean view we paid extra for was 200 yards away and was a partial view with bushes and shrubs from the hotel to the ocean. Expedia should have them update their pictures because it’s not what it appears to be.

Room smelled like dog and fish. I have a chest infection and on meds. We arrived and our room smelled like dog and fish. I am allergic to dogs which would make me situation worse. I explained to the front desk and Expedia. Neither cared or offered help. Also the room doesn't have a living room. The only place to sit and talk with a dinette in the kitchen area with two chairs. We cancelled second night and spent the entire day of our 2 day trip looking for a suitable place to stay the second day. Terrible business policy. Why wouldn't you want to help when staying there just made my respiratory problem worse.

The condo was a little old and needed some updating, but other than that it was great. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was great.

Despite the mediocre rating, I would stay here with my family again. The biggest reason for the average rating is the condo appeared to not be cleaned in some time. There was hair in the drain of the shower and on the shower walls, dust and dirt on the floors, and under/around the coffee maker was really dirty. A solid deep cleaning would go a long way. The Security Guards were always nice, but the Staff at the Island Grill at the pool was less kind. There was a clog in the women's restroom at the pool. When I told her about it so someone could take care of it, she responded, "I don't clean the bathrooms." I understood, but someone needed to. To my knowledge it wasn't addressed in a timely manner. Overall the condo was good - a nice set up with one king bed, two twin beds and a pull out couch. There was only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and less than a full roll of paper towels, with none extra anywhere. We made it through the week on just that. Unknown if they would have provided more or not. Also, there were only four pool towels provided, which was less than ideal for a family of five. We made it work. As previously stated, I would stay here again as it was a good location for the purpose of our travel.

There is no private beach. We got tricked into this not knowing there are no natural beach’s in the keys. It’s playground sand on top of concrete and coral rocks in the water. The place overall was nice although we didn’t get to stay the whole time due to medical emergency.

Stayed here for a night on our way back from Key West to Miami. Lovely pool - great suites - very spacious. No ice available and no trays to make ice. Not a lot of restaurant choice in the area but we found a good Thai restaurant in Key Largo. Check in not allowed until 5pm and was not on site so not very impressed with that.

Beach area wasn’t quite what we hoped, but everything else was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved going to the pool. The restaurants at the pool and beach were good, and very convenient. The gazebo on the water was nice to hang out in. Didn’t end up playing tennis but two nice courts. Would stay again.

You are charged a daily resort fee, but this is not a resort. These are condominiums. There is no daily housekeeping or adequate amount of toiletries/towels for the guests staying. We stayed for a week and were offered one housekeeping visit in which no one showed up. Two stove burners did not work, there were no pans or baking sheets, kitchen towels. The dryer didn’t work and they did not provide laundry detergent. The common areas were kept nice, aside from other guest leaving their garbage for someone else to clean up.

We are a family of 4. Two adults, One kid of 5 and a little girl of 1 year and 4 months. We loved the place. I would only add some light block curtains for the bedroom. Pool was fine but not heated. I highly recommend the hotel.
