The Space:
This condo is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet weekend in The Keys. It is also conveniently located between Islamorada and Key Largo, perfect for sport fisherman and dive enthusiast.
Upon entering the condo you'll find a light, bright and nautical two bedroom two bathroom apartment immaculately renovated with all new kitchen, bath, furniture, lighting and bedding, including stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer.
Gather in the spacious living room with your family and play a board game from the many you will have to choose from. There is also a large flat screen television to enjoy a movie for a quiet night in.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and has been recently renovated. The master bedroom features an ocean view from the comfort of your king sized bed. Superior sheets, flat screen television, and private balcony. The ensuite master bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and connected bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy all the resort amenities from sun up to sun down including:

Any Boat Slip/Marina reservations must be arranged separately with the dock master.
The Neighborhood:
The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.
Getting Around:
A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.
MARINA INFORMATION:
Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, First Service Residential. You must contact First Service Residential to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.
The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.
Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
