Staff was extremely rude at the front desk. Refused to apply my Marriott points after asking if I was a Marriott bonvoy member and when I called down because my tv and remote weren’t working they just blatantly ignored my request after saying they would bring up a remote for the tv. 6 hours later I had to call again and still nothing so I went down to the front desk to get one. The breakfast didn’t even have scrambled eggs and everyday I got a yogurt and it was over a week expired and they still served it. This has to be the worst marriott I have stayed at and I travel a lot. Being there for a week and a member they didn’t let me get a late check out not even an hour and that has never happened before anywhere I’ve stayed and she said we had to leave but I still had a work training class until 12pm and checkout was 11 and she said they were sold out so we couldn’t check out ONE hour later, but guess what? We were able to book a whole nother day for $250 even though they were sold out so we had to pay for another day because the front desk has the worst employee ever!

Liked the walk-in shower. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Kind of lonely area at night. Denny's the only sit-down restaurant in the immediate vicinity.
