Received several emails about checking in online, getting a keyless card, paying your $150 deposit before you arrive. Did all this and then required to do it all at the hotel and given an actual key. Kitchen staff stereo can be heard 6 rooms down the hallway. Guests using the washer and dryer (w/hard metal items in the pockets?) until 2am. This should be stopped by 10pm. Slamming doors from other guests, loud conversations in the halls all night long.
