Enjoy this one of a kind vacation home in the heart of Telluride. Pacific Street Townhome is a unique single property style home in historical downtown Telluride with three full bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, off street parking and a spacious open concept living area. Great for gathering the family or a group of friends. As you enter the home from the cute front patio and small yard area off a sidewalked residential street you are greeted by hardwood flooring, plush oversized couches, and a warm fireplace – perfect to cozy up to after a long day of skiing.The dining area with full size table seating 6 leads up to the modern kitchen with breakfast/serving bar (including additional seating for four) and updated appliances including Wolf range and over. A half bath is on the main living level as well. Upstairs is the spacious mastersuite with king bed, large sitting area with futon, flat screen TV, walk in closet and extra-large en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a luxurious jetted bath tub, steam shower and double vanities. Downstairs from the living area are the second and third bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, as well as an en suite bath. The third bedroom features a captain’s bunk (double on bottom, twin on top) with its own TV; a great room for the kids. There is also a large bathroom located in the hallway outside of the bedroom. Pacific Street 522A features a full washer/dryer, free wifi, and everything you need to feel at home in your vacation rental. This spacious property is located just minutes away from the free gondola and downtown dinning and shopping. Great Location - Close to Everything

The location was perfect! Easy 5 min walk to lift 7 or the gondola for skiing. 5 minute walk to the west end of downtown. Beds were a bit soft for my liking, and they need new blinds for the windows. Other than that, everything was great.

Wonderful spot in Telluride

The location was great for an in-town spot. Very close to the river trail and gondola. Nice, quiet spot too. Definitely not just a couple of blocks from the main areas of town, but it was good to get out steps in. The primary bedroom was spacious and had a great bathroom. Secondary bedrooms were together on the bottom floor and worked out for our two teenagers and 8 year old. Would definitely come back.
