We enjoyed our stay. There were just several areas of the building that need attention...leaky shower faucet, broken toilet handle, broken floor tiles, scratched walls. But the staff was great, especially Cameron in breakfast kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming!

The room and staff were actually great, except that the AC in our room was broke so they had a mobile unit in there. The desk staff stated that they would do a 50% refund through the Expedia app but I have not seen that credit yet

Raul fixed cooling in our room and remote batteries right away when we arrived. Amazing staff all around, everyone we had contact with. Shower flow not great and there should have instructions on use. Not intuitive. Amenities such as breakfast and happy hour terrific and the blond employee at the bar was superb.
