We absolutely loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. The woman who checked us in was incredibly kind and engaging—especially impressive since it was Christmas Day. She had such a positive attitude and truly made us feel welcome. All of the staff were wonderful and genuinely kind, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The free breakfast was a great bonus, and our room was excellent. We stayed in a suite with a fireplace and absolutely loved it. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. We will definitely be back next year!

The only ding is that the room was not cleaned well prior to our arrival (we found a huge grape stem, grapes and m&m's plainly on the floor between the beds). However, front desk and other staff were friendly and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great as well!

Our bed had dirty sheets with hairs so requested new. After sleeping on the top spread using our travel blankets they were changed on the 3rd day of our stay. Can't even provide basic courtesy.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel recently had an upgrade which I’m not sure was the best thing to do. The blinds didn’t work in the first room we got. There is no art on the walls. The TV is in a weird place. The sink did not drain. The door to the trash can felt like it was falling off every time we opened it. The shower hot temperature was regulated. Lastly, there were too few lights in the room and it was extremely dark.

Room had a faulty in room fridge that required fixing, TV on/off not working via remote (too tired to get it fixed); electric blinds not working via switch on wall. Bath tap difficult to find hidden behind shower curtain, bath towels not close to bath position, bath mat was quite small. No cups for teeth cleaning in bathroom. Bed was very comfy. A lot of Noise from other bathrooms when they flushed or ran water. Child guests running up and down L3 corridor until 10 pm, think curfew on young children needs to be implemented to stop corridor noises for other guests. My stay coincided with juvenile football completion for next day. If children need exercise use swimming pool and exercise room not hotel corridors please.

We had a 2 queen suite. Picture showed a couch. We did NOT have a couch. One of the queen mattresses squeaked so badly, I was kept up most of the night when one of my kids moved. Lastly, the tv was mounted to the right of the beds NOT directly in front of them. I had a neck ache from having to turn.

Such a great hotel! Our family loved it. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was huge and beds were very comfortable! Loved the hot breakfast. Lots of options. Walkable to old town and lots of nearby dining options. Pool was clean hot tub was hot. Would definitely stay here again
