Check in just fine. No clock in room. Older hotel just needs up graded. Had trouble with wi fi needed to connect every time I left and came back, the next day also. Other places don’t have that isssue. Had card stating save water only change towels every third day. I only stayed two and they towels were replaced. Not adhering to the little note in room.

Quality inn…who would have guessed?! Didn’t have high expectations…but I was very pleasantly surprised! The service is amazing! Our receptionist was nice and so helpful. We were offered bottled water and fruit! Our queen + sofa bed was a mini suite that easily could have been two rooms! Our breakfast had real freshly cooked eggs, sausage and waffles…it wasn’t just cereal and a microwave something! …this quality inn was truly “quality” and for the price?!?! A gem!!!

Overall thought the grounds were clean and safe. Only issue was one of the queen beds was wonky. Like the frame was broken, so it was leaning or the mattress was bad. The floor appeared to be clean, but it was actually really dirty. TV was small. Having a fridge was nice.

My room I wad in was very clean and the maids would take the time to ask me if there was anything each day that I would need for my stay. The staff was all very friendly but there was only one staff that told me it’s going to be my last day at that stay. She was there Wednesday didn’t want me to book another room and said my stay is done .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We checked in on a Saturday and planned to check out the next day. I was telling the check in receptionist how we were doing a hot air balloon the next day and we had to be up very early. She offered us a late check out considering how early we were going to be up so we could come back to rest for a bit. The fact that I didn’t even have to ask really stood out, that’s great customer service. The grounds were clean and quiet, parking was available. The free breakfast was really good with lots of options like waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy! There were other items to choose from as well along with coffee and juices! The location was convenient to the wineries and the Temecula Downtown area. The rooms were spacious and the water pressure was great! I would recommend this place for couples and families!
