The gentleman working the front desk (when we got there) was very polite and pleasant. Besides being needed to be updated, we were to have a suite on first floor but didn’t have one. Put us in a jacuzzi room that didn’t work and hummed all the time. Also be careful with the breakfast. I got a blueberry muffin and when I opened it, it was molded, nothing was put out for breakfast except make your own waffles. The yogurt was expired , whenever I brought it to the attention of the girl that was working she said “oh I guess I need to check it “ and continued doing whatever she was doing. We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints but this time it was definitely a disappointment.

As always very good customer service and attitude. This rime around we were in room 125 and the door we had to literally force our way into the room it was jammed we just dealt with it.

Do not stay there! It was dirty, deteriorated, in need of repairs, no elevator, smelled like disinfectant. Just a nasty place. Worst hotel I have stayed in in 50 years. It's rating of an 8 is ridiculous. It should be rated as a 2.
