Wonderful Staff at a Beautiful Hotel!

What a great staff! What a beautiful hotel! I had family members stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover and needed to book several rooms with distinct check in requirements. The staff - awsome! Carol is so great -she arranged it so that we could have breakfast together. Jose was wonderful in booking the rooms. Lisa - absolutely terrific in helping us out with the breakfast. All in all my family loved staying there - they felt safe, welcomed and well taken care of.

Property is nice and clean but the breakfast fee of $18 per person is ridiculous being of the quality of the food served. And the hotel need to improve their pillows to be able actually to get a good night rest, their pullows are terrible.
