Front desk staff Kelly is rude and disrespectful. She doesn't mind letting you stand there at the desk waiting to be acknowledged while she pretends to work. The key card to my room didn't work for the entire booking. Saturday we had to go to the desk 3 times when we couldn't get in our room, she finally got off her butt at my insistance after the third time I walked back and forth without being able to get into my room. Said maintenance would come and change the lock out, fast-forward to 1am when I returned back to the hotel and the key still didn't work resulting in me being locked out and away from all of my belongings. I'm disabled, on medication and a CPAP, not to mention, I had my dog with me. All of my medications and specialty items were inaccessible. They gave another room where I had to sleep in my clothes and wait another 10 hours before I could be let in by the maintenance guy who said he had "fixed" it the day before. While waiting and waiting in this other room, I went to the front desk to inquire about an ETA on the maintenance guy only to be told he was on his way, two hours later while still waiting, I called the front desk to follow up and was treated rudely, given more nonchalant excuses and then hung up on by KELLY. When all was said and done, I requested to speak to a manager and was told, they don't work on weekends??? And no one (not even corporate) would provide me a name or working hours for any manager.
