No one notified the hotel that I was coming even though I made a reservation. I booked a King Suite. The hotel said they don’t even have a King suite. I feel like they treated me like a bad smell. They had to call and verify that I made the reservation.

Did not meet expectations - Kind front desk staff

Dirty items left in room from previous guests. Headboard was disgusting. Wall was disgusting. No shampoo in bathroom. Random lady sat in the office room from when I checked in around 3:30p until I finally said something to front desk at 8:00p. She had her stuff all over the entire room, wearing sunglasses with a luggage cart.she moved to the lobby where she sat and stared at me and my children during dinner. Lady at desk morning time was very kind. Covered my food for the below standard visit.

Short stay in a pinch. Beds were not the most comfortable. Breakfast is 10.99 not complimentary Waters in your room are $2 But at a minimum it was pretty clean. Carpet had a little bit of an odor.
