We picked the facility for the location relative to the National parks. The staff was delightful and very personable, our meals were delicious and the second room was great. Unfortunately, the first room had a wet floor in one corner and our bag and backpack smelled like mildew for the remainder of our trip. They did move us but immediately cleaned the room so I am not confident the issue was resolved for a future guest. In spite of that I would stay there again.

Not a friendly place and we did not get our money back since we ended up only staying one night instead of two since the room was too cold and stinky. The heater was too stinky.

The Gateway is one of our new favorite spots to stay! The hotel is a well-maintained but older. All the amenities are great and well-maintained as well. Our room was super comfy, and a nice bed. The restaurant was fantastic, amazing food that was well worth the price. Amazing view at night, with great ambiance. The staff was super friendly, and did a great job!

Extremely overpriced 1950s-style motel outside the national park. I expected something special for the price, but I was wrong. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our room because the deadbolt couldn't be locked from the outside, leaving only an easily bypassed handset lock. The food wasn't bad, but really, $29 for a hamburger? It's close to a park entrance, but I'd drive the extra miles to avoid this place.

They advertise the river but there is no way to see the river unless you walk to bridge. All private. I would not have chose this expensive place had I known that. Very disappointing. Exposed floor tacks to bathroom. Ok otherwise

Great experience

We initially had an issue with too much air freshener in our room and once we asked about it, the staff immediately put an ionizer in the room and took care of the problem completely. The restaurant served great food and very large portions. The bed and shower were great. Cleaning staff was incredibly friendly as were bartenders and wait staff.
