When check in and check out the whole office had strong unpleasant Indian food odor. No complementary breakfast , not even coffee. spider web all over the room ceiling corner. Sink was rusty. No hangers in the room. Fridge was not cold at max. Shower head water came out very very slow. Pillows was terrible and uncomfortable and had smell odor seems from inside out, not from the pillow case itself.

It was fine. I had reserved a standard queen and the room had two doubles. I also had to have my key recoded both nights. The second night it took them awhile and it seems like there was an error in their system some how. The upstairs guests were rather loud early in the morning and later on at night. Ultimately it was a bit pricey for what it was.

The property was decent close to the park. Room is decent and clean. Pool was nice but hot tub was not working. Website needs to be updated to say they don’t serve continental breakfast any more. The property had a nice park like setting and outdoor seating. They should make their signage easier to see from the road

We came, we stayed, we survived

It worked for what we needed.. a place to sleep for a couple of nights without spending a fortune. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. The room overall was dated, pretty worn. The security door locks didn't work. One of the receptacles didn't work. The ice bucket didn't have a disposable liner. The hair dryer didn't work. There was no breakfast, not even a packaged muffin or something.

Location was good to visit National Park. The lobby looks a bit tired and as if it’s used as owner’s personal living room. Front staff were okay but not very helpful. No breakfast was available. Shower never stayed the same temperature so either scalding or freezing. Room was clean and swimming pool was a nice asset. Parking was good.

The property looks like at one time it was very nice. Currently it is run down and needs some tender loving care. Our room was large with a great view of the lake and a patio with a small table and 2 chairs. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room comfortable. The bathroom/vanity area did not have a working outlet and the sink drain pipe had a small drip. The microwave, refrigerator and TV were all connected to a power strip that was overloaded and it tripped itself off if 2 things were running at the same time. Room was dark as only bedside lighting for the whole large room. Needs a few floor lamps to read sitting on the couch. We didn’t use the fireplace so I can’t speak to its workability. There is a table to sit at with one folding chair and one other chair. The property outside is not kept up well, trash cans were available and emptied daily, but the trash on the ground next to the cans was not picked up by whom ever was emptying the trash. also, beer bottles and cans laying around the property as you walk around. A big piece of plastic stuck to a beautiful bush stayed there for the 3 days we stayed there. So no attention to detail from staff. It could be A great place with some attention, but over priced for the way it was for our stay.

I’m not usually one to write a review but this stay just made me really uncomfortable because it was very uncleanly. While I understand it’s a small town and it may be difficult to get staffing, there was lots of food and crumbs on the floor, which just seems like basic cleaning to me. The tv and the fridge portion didn’t work either.
