Cleanness was my first concern, bidding was old and has cuts and rips , the carpet wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was subpar.

Small things make a big difference. The shower door kept opening on its own while we were showering. The drywall, caulk, and tile were peeling in the bathroom. A d .ost important there was atleast a 1/4" gap in the door/frame. You could clearly see in the hallway, through the side of the door/frame. I have a picture .
