I liked this property ok. The reason i chose it though was that expedia said there was a hot tub. there was a few years ago but no longer. It was disappointing but not a deal breaker breakerlonger.

Wonderful Stay

I had a great stay. I was in town for a family funeral. My room was perfect, clean and comfortable. My key card quit working - because I put it near my cell phone. Front desk staff were helpful and so friendly. I would stay again!!

Very good value for the $125/night price point. The room had plenty of space, including a sleeper sofa and large bathroom sink area. The breakfast selection was good. Friendly and helpful staff. A solid 3.5 star facility.

The first room we checked into the toilet was broken and the furniture drawers kept opening. Once we got a new room, there were still issues with the furniture however it was manageable to sleep in for one night. We did not have enough towels, and when requested they said they were all out of towels and we had to wait unfortunately because we had to check out by 11 AM. We were not able to get new towels and that caused us to be unable to shower our party of four before leaving.

This is an older hotel that needs some TLC. The room was adequate, clean enough, just needs some refresh. The breakfast room was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Place is very dirty and outdated. Continental breakfast wasn't ready until 7:45 in the morning and hour and 45 minutes late. Kids running the hallways until 3am. Oh and by the way DO NOT take a HOT STEAMY SHOWER unless you want your fire alarm to go off and have Tinley Fire Department show up!!
