However the rooms had stains on walls and the shower head was covered in mold. I have pictures if you want pictures I can provide
Spacious suite. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Not all rooms have them! It was clean and easy access to expressway. Solid weight room. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby.
Ice machines don’t work on each floor, AC is out in lobby, water leak in roof at back door dropping into a bucket. Staff doesn’t quite know what they’re doing with check ins and taking payment. It takes forever to process anything, they are nice and courtesy but definitely check your itinerary for property costs as they may charge more unexpectedly and you need to address it asap. They also don’t give us breakfast vouchers as promised, our group all had to ask for them each day.
Easy off street parking, excellent room spacious and easily negotiated with walker and the bathroom was as well. Very good handicap door accessibility and opening. Food and bar are excellent and the restaurant staff were friendly and kind.
