Door keys were so difficult to use, patrons in rooms above were so loud, as well as adjoining rooms because the walls are paper thin, rooms smelled like sewer water from the toilet, and the doors didn't fit the door frame where cold air (less than 32 degrees outside) came through the door into the evening. We moved rooms twice due to issues, including no heat in one room, as well as no toilet paper, and inability to quiet the upstairs patrons to allow people to sleep. I'd have gone to another hotel if I didn't have family with me from England and just couldn't afford the price of a move to one. So disappointed and will never return to any Best Western!

I booked the upgraded jacuzzi tub room. When I arrived I was told the tub Jets weren't working. I was given a regular room. I contacted both the hotel and the website afterwards to request a refund of the $37 upgrade fee. Hotel said pricing and refunds was up to hotels.com hotels.com said it was up to the hotel but at at least gave me a $25 one key credit. Unsatisfactory

Very affordable the customer service is amazing. A lot of restaurants around the motel to eat at very convenient before going on a cruise it’s a liquor store by the Walmart. Only downfall was the room The door is kind of broken and it’s hard to unlock the door. The room could be a little bit cleaner. Overall good experience.

Stayed here before getting on a cruise the next day. The first room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke that they tried to cover up with air freshener. We requested a new room and was promptly given a much better room. We feel like the price was a little high but it was much cheaper than staying close to the port. The pillows were good but the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly and nice. We had to change one out of two rooms, because the room stank of cigarettesmoke. The floor on the other room looked clean but after 5 minutes barefoot the feet was BLACK . The floors need a good cleaning. Breakfast was ok, not as "Wonderful" as mentioned. The warm breakfast was scrambled eggs and sossage links. the waffle was nice. But not much more than that.
