Didn't look anything like the pictures no microwave in room big refrigerator in the livingroom carpet smelled. We went and bought a candle to burn and sprayed lysol.

Awful experience!

We chose this place because it was close to the parking area for our honeymoon cruise out of Port Canaveral. Drove 13 hours to get here from Kentucky. Check-in was OK. We drove around to the side door near our room and room key didn’t open it as promised. Once in the room we discovered that the lamp on the nightstand between the beds didn’t work. We tried to plug our phone charger into another outlet in the corner and it didn’t work. We had to unplug a floor lamp in order to charge our phones. We we left for dinner we stopped at front desk to report the electrical problem and no one there. A be back in 5 sign was posted. When we returned the desk clerk was just arriving and we informed her of the electrical problem. She said it was probably the outlet. The next morning we get up to take a shower and discover that it didn’t work. We had to use the sink to wash our hair and bathe. It was very difficult and a major inconvenience! This place needs a total renovation or needs to be demolished. I would not have this place on Hotels.com. We highly demand a 100% refund ASAP or will report to BBB!

This is a very old facility. The rate was reasonable and check in went fairly well. They have signs taped everywhere about what not to do...don't stand here, don't use these doors. The key cards did not open the side door near our room. The ice machine was in another building. The area did not look safe. The upholstered chair in our room was too soiled to even sit in. The carpeting was really old and soiled. Old thin towels. Torn shower curtain. Rusted faucets, furniture handles, shower head. I would not choose this location again. Other reputable hotels in the area have comparable charges.

Carpet in room was very dirty. Bathroom had mold in the tub grout. Tub floor was dirty and needed scrubbing. Toilet paper dispenser was broken, toilet seat was broken. Sink was dirty. Not enough big towels for 4 guests (room capacity). Only 2 were provided. Lamp shade on desk was sprinkled with something red (blood?). Lamp stand was dirty. Chair that goes with desk was ripped and filthy. Dead flies over the A.C. unit. TV remote control didn't work. Maintenance man was nice, but he's probably overwhemned trying to keepo up with all the issues at this property. Only 1 or 2 problems were fixed after complaint sent to management. Spend extra and stay elsewhere - you'll be glad.

Nothing was good. Roaches, dirty sheets shady people and security throwing people out for three hours at midnight. And the worst part is the employees know it. Actually said my complaint to me at the counter before I did the next morning! I tried to check out and move to a different hotel and they said company policy was no refunds. So I paided for a better hotel and lost my money just so I didn’t go threw that again.
