Great stay!

Great stay! Easy and seamless checkin process, continental breakfast, a pool (which I did not partake in but noticed when checking in), and very kind and courteous staff, I'm glad I stayed here. Conveniently located right off I-70, it's great for stopping at the end of a long day of driving and being surrounded by peace and quiet while still being relatively close to downtown (roughly 10 minute drive). I recommend!

It’s a beautiful hotel with cool amenities and affordable. However, they are misleading about their incidental deposit. I checked on Expedia, their personal website and called their automated information line, none of those mentioned a deposit. In fact, the automated system says there’s no deposit required at this property. The day of my I know I was going to have to check in really late, so I called to inform them of that out of courtesy. That’s when they decided to inform me my incidental charge is declining. Well yeah I spent the day at a casino and withdrew all my cash! She informed me I would not be able to check in unless there was money on my card so I had to go out of my way to go to a store and reload my card. Then when we get there, she doesn’t even charge it. Then the spa tub in our room stopped working, so my husband went to go get help. The lady came to our room and she said she did not know what to tell us and that we can fill up the tub of the shower head. That’s terrible customer service, you don’t tell your customer you don’t know what to tell them. The spa tub in our room was one of the biggest reasons I chose the room! Finally WE got it to work and enjoyed the rest of our night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, room quiet and dark, full kitchenette and living area. Breakfast in the morning is ok but the servers can be a bit rude. I would stay again overall.

The Endeavor Inn & Suites is a very nice hotel for a reasonable price! We always stay here whenever we are in Topeka. Very clean, super comfortable beds, good hot breakfast, friendly staff. Located just off I-70.
