I had staff of that hotel knock on my door at 6 AM on a Saturday asking me why I was in the room. I had a reservation and checked in with zero issues. They began to think we were squatters which was absolutely insulting. After proving I had a reservation they told me I was in a faulty room with a shower that didn't work (There was a disgusting dirty towel they left). Not only were we treated poorly but we were put in a room we never should have been put in. Incredibly disappointed and honestly feel like we were violated and harassed.

1st room sheets were dirty and room actually whole property smells like mold,mildew and marijuana.went to desk next room was gross spider webs, outdated, holes in drywall box spring very stained. 3rd room better than last two but smelled bad,holes and cracks and seems in walls. Called Wyndham customer service nothing to do but file a complaint and wait a week to hear something.
