Third time wasn’t a charm

I’ve stayed here a few times now and I don’t remember the bed being so terrible I barely slept. The breakfast area was dirty the person working the breakfast area didn’t clean up they were just sitting there on their phone while every table was dirty and left nowhere to sit. The only positive was the air conditioning worked good.

The carpet in the room needs to be shampooed or updated. My done walked across the carpet with white socks on and the socks were so dirty and black I threw them away. Lady at the front desk was amazing. The ice maker on our floor was broken. The lady working the breakfast was sitting at a table on her phone, didn’t look very professional

The Hampton was clean and quiet. We traveled with our infant grandson and were worried nightime crying would be disruptive for others, if he got fussy. We asked for a room that would not be disruptive to others, and being our stay was during the week it was easier to accommodate. We were given a room that was secure and quiet from others.

Everyone’s feet stuck to the carpet in the hotel room, it was nasty. The tile in the hot tub was black someone needs to get in there and clean the tiles and clean the hot tub. Get the floating dead skin out of it. It was gross. Black mold in the shower, no soap in the room poorly maintained. Carpet needs to be ripped out throughout the property and replaced. It’s a Petri dish.
