There was no hot water in the sink and the shower was just warm enough to not freeze. The hvac heater temp seemed to be off - at 60 degrees we got so hot in the room that we had to turn it off. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. Spacious room. We didn’t have hot water for shower, Lukewarm at best and AC unit was whistling like crazy. Thought maybe it was the wind since we were first floor and there was a storm. Turned it off and that solved it.

This was our first time staying with Hyatt Place. We were very pleased. Clean rooms, lots of space, and a very friendly staff. We will make it a regular stop on our way from Colorado to all points abroad. I highly recommend Hyatt Place.

The hotel staff was so soft spoken. Couldn’t understand them. Extra charges on my debit card. Had to leave early due to weather and hotel refused to refund the money back

The worst Hilton I have ever stayed in..no one was at the front desk when checking in for 30 minutes.. when finally got to room — no hot water !!! When I went down to try to change rooms there was no one at the front desk again!! Breakfast was in two rooms because of redesigning, and that was a mess as well.. truly do not stay in this hotel!!
