The floor was dirty...

So the floor was dirty. Had to clean up a liquid spot I had spilled and as I cleaned it up, I looked at the paper towels and it was completely black. This isn't the first time either. Last year we stayed at this hotel and the same thing happened there. Then we inquired about a new refrigerator thinking that it had quit working, and the hotel staff hung up on us. Then our keys kept losing their ability to work. And one of the nights, there were a bunch of kids on our floor where they would be extremely loud in our hallway and then go outside and be loud. Not cool.

Nice rooms

Nice and easy stay. They have been down to one very slow elevator for a long time. We've stayed there three times, and the elevator is still broken. They have been doing construction and working on the place, and it looks great. However, the one elevator that works is very slow, and the other one has been down for years.

The hotel was nice, the staff was helpful and kind. The continental breakfast was as bland as can be. The eggs and sausage were as tasteless as can be.

The rooms were very dirty. Went to check in around 5pm and they still didnt have rooms cleaned. The ceiling in the lobby looks like it has mold on it.
