Handicap parking was across the parking lot. The room was fantastic but this morning the shower ran out of hot water very quickly after getting in it. So even at a great price I wouldn’t stay again.

Checking in was tough. There were a lot of people there for some party it seemed. The front desk attendant probably needed extra help. He helped customers that walked in after me with their drinks before getting my room key. He was kind and everything went well after that.

The property was located close to highways and food/shopping. Checking in was easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was poor compared to every other Hyatt we’ve stayed from Chicago to Texas: sticky elevator floors, dirty bath rag in the tub upon arrival, pool gate falling down, etc. Staff were super friendly.

Great Hotel

The rooms are clean,up to date, and very comfortable beds. Property is located in a quiet business park and is pet friendly. Service was great. Right off the main highway. Will definitely stay here again.

The room itself was very nice, but, the bathroom was very small and not conducive to getting dressed in. The breakfast was not up to par for a Hyatt Hotel. There was a big problem with them keeping the coffee and food available. The fruit, in the bowl, looked bad.
