Don’t stay here. The room was absolutely disgusting. Toilet seat had pee stains and we found insects all over the room. Save your money and go elsewhere. It was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. We left the hotel, couldn’t make it through the night…

I love this family owned suite hotel. It’s my go-to when visiting Toronto. It's not more expensive than similar offerings by Air B&B’s. It’s an excellent value for a convenient downtown location with a grocery store, bank-ATM, subway stop and, for those who need it, a passport office, all within a 5 min. walk. Restaurants in every category are nearby. The hotel is a bit older but the common areas and suites are thoughtfully designed, nicely appointed and well maintained, more so than other mid range chain hotels with older buildings and furnishings. The staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Any request or concern I had was addressed immediately or soon after. The suites and amenities offer everything I need for a cosy, comfortable home away from home. My suite was typical with a living-dining area, a separate bedroom, and a huge bathroom. I love that the suite had my preferred features: makeup mirror with good lighting, terry robe, in room safe, and ability to prepare simple meals with a wet bar (sink, small frig and microwave) and basic set of dishes, glassware and cutlery for two. I have only two wishes. First that they reopen the restaurant and bar area that closed during the pandemic. Second, that this hotel stays the same - please don’t change a hair, you are perfect and irreplaceable - and remains open for my lifetime at least.

I found the rooms nice and clean, location is the convenient access to many restaurants as well as messy Hall and CAA Ed Mirvish Theater plus much more. It is right downtown, so you can expect a number of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks Etc

They take keeping a quiet secure environment seriously which was great during a week long stay. Response to plumbing issue was immediate and fixed. The additional suite amenities at a great price for downtown was appreciated.
