Great hotel right in the middle of the CBD, with parking facility, close to Chinatown and St Lawrence market. Would be nice if hotel provides proper breakfast for this price, instead of just muffins and coffee.

Walk to Union Station and St Lawrence Market

Hotel offered muffins, coffee and tea in lobby. Bedding was super comfy. Room was very clean. Whirlpool on 22nd floor provided comfort to sore muscles. Laundry facilities offered 2 washers and 2 dryers and detergent. Front desk offered change.

The door was very hard to close in room 812 and the cleaning team is very consistent on checking to see if the room needs to be cleaned instead of waiting for the customer to wake up , didn’t have do not disturb sign!

Everything was perfect for a quiet and calm stay. Property location is favorable for easy access to major attractions which are at a walkable distance. Plenty of dining options around. Staff is pleasant and courteous, always going a step further to assist the guests at all times.

Very clean and well maintained, for an older hotel. The room was clean, provided many amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Quick access to parking on-site and great restaurants closeby. I would certainly stay there again.

The property is very dated with furniture and facilities from the 70s. The air-conditioning really struggled and the room was sweltering, in early May. It was barely more than 20°C outside but far too hot to sleep in the room due to the lack of opening windows and weak ventilation system. Other than that, a perfectly adequate hotel with pleasant enough staff.
