Great staff and facilities. Only complaint was the shower in the room. The knob is extremely counter intuitive to get the faucet running (Pull outwards to get water). Pulling it also requires so much force it feels like we might break something.

We're not sure about the VIP amenity or upgrade but we received bottled water and a bottle of wine from the very friendly and efficient staff. It's very convenient for Yonge St and only a ten minute walk from Union Station. Indeed, a short walk from the aquarium, CN Tower and other tourist spots. The restaurant was closed but coffee and muffins were available every morning.

The suite was quite large and we enjoyed the separate living/dining area. The bathroom sink area was large and separate from the toilet/bath area so it was very easy for 2 or more persons to get ready at the same time. Staff was friendly, elevators were large, convenient area. I would stay here again.
