Horible stay

Booked a king size jet tub room , arrive at the hotel after my flight around 1 am . Didnt notice untill morning when i went to use the jet tub that it did nit work . Then noticed wet handprint like marks all over the wall . I went down to notify them that the jet tub did not work and was told they knew about it and i wasnt suposed to be in that room . Told me to contact hotels .com for refund as thats the only reason i booked the room . The property would only refund me 26 dollars . I was severly dissapointed and wont stay here again . Oh and not to mention the pool was out of order as well ! Transparency goes a long way with customers . This was down right shady .
