The room was spotless and a welcome site as we arrived at 1 AM in the morning having come back from our trip. The staff was phenomenal. It began with our shuttle from the airport right outside when we were there with no waiting involved we were taking straight to the hotel where everything was so seamless. I can’t thank them enough.

The hotel upped their cost for a one night stay when the weather hit Toronto. When there are limited hotels available Fairfield Inn & Suites doubled their pricing! One minute it was $192 for a room and suddenly it became $406.06! AND the hotel charged another $30. for one night of parking in a spot that had to have tracks made to get into it by my husband. Hotels shouldn't be allowed to do price gouging like this!

The room was ultra spacious, with 2 queen size beds, a sofa, and a coffee table. It was nice that the complimentary breakfast started at 6 am; that gave us plenty of time to eat and get to the airport for out flight. The complimentary airport shuttle was right on time.
