We chose a room with a pull out couch and I’m pretty sure the mattress was from 1950. It was disgusting. From the stains to the springs and shape possibly being worse than sleeping on the floor. I asked about parking and they let me know it was $30. I thought this was outrageous bc we later discovered a bunch of free parking. Good service would have let us know free parking above ground was also available. There was also no info in the hotel room with information on the hotel and stuff around it. Some of the furniture also didn’t function properly. TV also wouldn’t turn on.

It's close to the airport and provide shuttle bus I didn't like the breakfast . It's very poor and has lake of variety , not tasty at all and the staff working in the dinning area are not friendly

One of the best 😍

One of the amazing hotel we’ve been, the receptionist was very nice and accommodating, he was able to allow us to check in us early after an early arrival from airport. The shuttle from and to airport was excellent service too. I would definitely love to stay again at this hotel.

Upon arrival the rooms smoke detector was making a loud noise it needed the battery changed. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person who used profanity and was asking me how to fix the problem. When I called the front desk again and informed them what was happening they told me that they would take care of the issue. The maintenance person continued to verbally abuse me by telling me “hey what’s your problem”. The hotel did nothing.
