Clean but unfriendly

Clean, but aged. Friendly check-in lady. Wifi didn’t work, no solution offered. Very noisy AC/Heating. Clean bathroom with warm water. When I checked-out, I was in the parking lot sending emails before heading out. Was told by staff I was stealing wifi and blocking customers (I was the only car in that parking lot). Wouldn’t recommend, won’t return. You can get better for the price they charge

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. A little dated. Cupboard pool and hot tub. Overall nice place to stay. Door locks required actual keys. Deadbolt and handle locks on our room barely attached to the stud. Overall a nice clean place to stay. Price was good. 10 miles up the road prices in those hotels almost doubled.

Very spacious room, comfy bed, friendly staff. No breakfast, and the hot tub jets didn't work. The water was hot, so it still felt good after a day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

An older property with HUGE rooms. It was one of the most spacious rooms I've ever stayed in. The host recommended a restaurant just up the road that was wonderful as well. Great pool house and host.

The room was big and clean. There is gym at the property so I could get some workout in. Note that there is no breakfast, but we planned for it being absent anyway. The lady at the front was comprehensive in explaining about the amenities at the motel. We asked for extra pillows and they gladly provided it. The view of the mountain from our room was excellent. It is bit far away from Capitol reef NP but we chose it for better rates.

Here's a polished version of your experience: --- We initially made a reservation for a room with a kitchen, but upon arrival, we discovered that we were not given the correct room. The room we were assigned was extremely outdated, and I strongly considered canceling our reservation altogether. However, the motel staff managed to move us to a room with a kitchen and a single queen bed. Despite this adjustment, the stay was far from pleasant. The motel—definitely more of a motel than an inn—was nearly empty, yet no other rooms were available. Unfortunately, the updated room still fell short of expectations. The bed was uncomfortably soft, which made for a very unpleasant stay all together and the extra money was not worth the stay.
