This delightful cottage is located about 3 miles off interstate 85 just 21 minutes from Clemson University and 35 minutes from downtown Greenville. It is a secluded getaway for enjoying all beautiful Lake Hartwell offers. With three bedrooms and a sofa bed, the cottage is perfect for the whole family. Drink your morning coffee on the top level of the two-story dock for the most peaceful morning experience. The lake is teeming with all kinds of wildlife to enjoy. You'll want to come back soon!
There is one security camera on the exterior of the property that can see the driveway and left side yard.
Camp Creek access is only about a mile away where you can launch your watercraft without a fee.
The water level of the lake can fluctuate depending on various factors. Please be aware and plan accordingly.

We were there for a short visit,visiting a relative. Would loved to been able to stay longer. House had lots of room, it was in a great location for us visiting Anderson. Loved being on the water it was very relaxing. The home had everything you needed besides your groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House on the Lake

We enjoyed staying at the Lake house. The house is lovely and very clean. The dock was great for kayaking and swimming. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great weekend on the Lake.
