Had an excellent stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect. It was spacious and clean. The best part was how quiet the rooms were allowing us to get great sleep the whole time.

The hotel was great! Everything was clean and fresh looking. The pool and hot tub was refreshing and kept at a nice warm temp. The hotel staff all went out of thier way to make our stay a wonderful experience. Great views of the lake and the beach was clean and we loved walking there in the morning- We didnt use the exercise room but it had all the equipment i would have needed. Overall one of the best stays we have had at any hotel. Would highly recommend staying there and exploring Traverse City & the area.

Romona and the maintenance staff that stopped by to clear the 2 bathroom drains (sink and tub) were quite friendly and helpful. Jobs well done! Met at scheduled time as needed for the repair. Was generally quiet except for the young kids running around above us but thats hotels for you, no way around it. Food was decent quality and on time, but wish you had continental or offered a little more in the individual breakfast boxes. Thanks for making my holiday weekend with my daughter enjoyable. Pool and hot tub hit the spot.

Here off season and still enjoyed our view of the entire bay from our room. The facility is impressive. Right on beach! Usually dont like first floor patiorooms but our patio was walled off, with a nice picnic table and two chairs and table for morning coffee. Off season rates are a true bargain here.
