It was ok but room for improvement

I chose a large suite for my family because I have stayed in it before. This time it’s wasn’t as clean flooring not vacuumed gold fish found by the windows and screws from broken dining chairs under the dining table. On our last night they had a snow removal company rearranging snow piles in the parking lot for over an hour and the beeping noise was so loud that I couldn’t sleep and the back up lights were so bright that it lit the whole room up so no sleeping for me.

What a nice get-a-way

Started out with a great price thru HOTELS.COM ( recommend this site ) the hotel was on the water side of Traverse City with a beautiful beach ( although it was a bit covered in snow ( Feb 1st 2025) Upon entering the establishment you could see that it was a WELL TAKEN care of property. Although the swimming pool was near the registration area there was NO SMELL of chlorine ( that’s a great thing). The hotel has an elevator bringing us to our 3rd floor room . The halls were clean and up to date. Upon entering the room we noticed a HUGE PLUS!!!! A FRIDGE , A MICROWAVE, A COFFEE MACHINE WITH LOTS OF STARBUCKS, A TABLE & CHAIR SET & 2 SINKS !!!! One in the bathroom ( of course) and one by the Microwave . The bathroom had a very nice walk in shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable with all the nice pillows. The large screen tv was nice. I think the breakfast sent to your room in the morning ( u pick the time ) was a nice touch. Checkout was easy-peasy . All in all, a very nice anniversary get a way was had at this nice Hotel . And the staff, so nice , and helpful.

A little get away to help with the winter blues. Even though it was cold & snowy outside, it was warm & comfy inside. Room was clean, bed was comfortable & a nice boxed breakfast delivered. We will definitely go back in the summer!

Very nice staff. The rooms we had for our party were clean and comfy. No complaints. Kinda-continental breakfast being delivered to the room at the time we requested was actually really nice. Would stay again either as a couple or with a big group.
