There were many good things about this condo. Location was great, the entry was perfect for snowy boots, parking was easy and close, there were plenty of hooks near the entry for coats, and the space was sufficient for two adults and two kids. There were also a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. A few: the plumbing in the kitchen and tub were problematic...very slow to drain, scale build up on the showerhead was unsightly, the kitchen faucet sprayed laterally if fully open, the dishwasher desperately needs to be replaced (we ran it three times and it did not clean well), the microwave was wobbly, one of the window blinds didn't have a cord to raise it(which was sad because the snowy view is beautiful), the murphy bed's box spring was tattered and the area behind it was dirty, and the upholstered chair near the couch had a large hole in the fabric. I messaged asking to clarify about the pool "access" and firewood, and no one responded until after we checked out. (On the app, an auto message read, "If anything comes up during your stay, we're just a message away.") Note: The pool or hot tub cost at least 15/person and no firewood is provided for the fireplace. The firewood thing was frustrating because we saw an employee carrying a Duraflame log to the condo next to ours. To be fair, none of these were major, but collectively they did negatively impacted our experience. If these maintenance issues are correctly, the condo would be great.
