Loved the beach view. The double queen bed room (with jetted tub) had only a curtain dividing the shower area with the bed area. The curtain doesn’t 100% close off the area- there was always a small gap. No big deal if it’s just you and your spouse, when there is another couple sharing the room- it’s awkward. Prefer no tub and a bigger shower. The shower stall is small and tight.

The rooms are large with great views, but they need a deep cleaning and updates. Bathroom floor was dirty, cobwebs in corners curtain was dragging on the floor and didn't cover the window. Outdated furniture. Very noisy a/c.

The property on the beach used to be cleaned up and groomed on a daily basis. We experienced flipped over and broken chairs this time and the beachfront was not attended to our entire stay. Disappointing

It was good only because we stayed just 1 night this time. We’ve stayed there many times over the years and we love it, however they had a really bad ant problem this year. I called front desk and they provided 2 ant traps at my request, but it didn’t help. I’ll certainly stay again but will request a different room if staying longer.

For one thing the room itself was very hard to find. The door was in an alcove which was very scary because anyone could hide in there. The sliding door didnt have a lock on it only a piece of wood to keep it shut. The air conditioner was so nasty and filled with thick dust. The walls were dirty and the furniture was beat up. The room was very old and outdated. The staff was nice the view was good. The breakfast was a coffee machine, a small refrigerator with drinks, some oranges and i think cereal. We had to spend money on breakfast elsewhere because we thought there was at least warm food. Overall, it was a big disappointment. I am really upset with Expedia. For one thing, im still waiting on a refund from another hotel that we canceled and the one we stayed in last night charged us. We have a lot of trips coming up. Do better Expedia.

The place has a very beautiful view of the bay. The scenery is fantastic however, the place needs some updating some repairs and some cleaning the ceiling on the walkway and the balconies were disgusting. The bed was comfortable and clean floors were mediocre in the staff was so, so the breakfast was disappointing very much Frozen Bob Evans sandwiches and stuff no breakfast.

Let me start with the positives…the view and location. Otherwise, it felt outdated, tiny shower, ancient jet tub, spider webs everywhere and just didn’t feel clean. Breakfast was basically a grab and go beverages and snacks type of deal.

No elevator. Stairwells and windows in between floors needed cleaned desperately, but the rooms were very clean. We stayed in two different rooms because we extended our reservation. The view from the balcony is great. Very relaxing. Nice continental breakfast that you could put on a tray and take up to your room. The selection is better if you get there early. The pool is shaded all day. It could have Been a little warmer and we came in August on 90° days

My husband could not sleep in the bes he said it was very comfortable and he was very, sore. The small couch wasn't much better for him to sleep on. The office staff was nice enough. They gave us what we needed or what we asked for. I think the rooms need to be updated a bit.
