Welcome to “Neon Nest”, a bright and inviting townhouse in the heart of Traverse City. Walk to beaches, breweries, and restaurants, then come home to 3 beautiful bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and `retired` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor:

- Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, chair, plus Pack & Play, toys, and children’s games for families.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, closet.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, dual nightstands with reading lamps, closet.

For extra flexibility, a twin roll-out bed is available, allowing the home to sleep 7 guests + 1 infant. A rare commodity in the center of Traverse City!

The townhouse has 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a half bathroom, so everyone can get ready without waiting.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The open kitchen is fully equipped with:

- Stainless steel appliances
- Instant Pot, blender, toaster
- Coffee station with coffee & tea
- Kids’ bowls, utensils, and a high chair
- Seating for 2 at the island and 6 at the dining table makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable.

The comfortable living room is perfect for relaxing with:

- Flatscreen TV
- Fireplace
- Kids’ books, toys, and board games
- Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks on the outdoor furniture.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Garage: Best for medium-size vehicles or smaller. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options below!

1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster)
2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only)
3- Grocery store lot one block away

Second assigned spot: Directly behind the condo in the parking lot (marked “954”).

***We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group***

- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

- Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for both of us. We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation!

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. The pet fee is $125 for up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

Pets: We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $125 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.

•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs, and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.

•You are responsible at all times for your animal`s behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost.

•Your animal must be under the control of verbal or sight commands that they follow at all times.

•Your animal must be housebroken, non-aggressive, not destructive, and not display repeated, unprovoked barking.

•We can ask you to remove your animal and/or leave for excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior, or obvious lack of sanitation.

•Please walk your animal for bathroom needs. Indoor piddle pads are not allowed.

•Please clean up deification immediately.

•Please keep your animal off the furniture and counters unless it is specifically needed for your disability.

Great townhouse in a great location. Very clean and well-equipped and so nice to have a garage! Easy walk to downtown TC, yet far enough away from noise and traffic. Photos and description are accurate. This was our third stay and plan on returning again.

Location was excellent, well-stocked place especially with items for our dog, which was awesome by us! Cute, fun decor, comfortable, clean. Best of all was the hosts are incredibly responsive, timely with all information and nearly immediate on any inquiries. Only downside that wasn't a problem for us but noteworthy for others: # of beds wasn't accurate. Master suite has a king with a crib available to set up, other 2 bedrooms have queen/full. Sofa is not a pull-out. It was no problem for our family though it would have been if we'd expected to use the sofa bed.

Great property, super clean and had everything we needed to cook a couple meals at “home.” Great spot near the grocery store and local bars/eateries, but also super convenient and maybe a 3 minute drive to get to the start of Mission Point.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet

We had five adults stay in the condo for three nights and brought our two small dogs. My daughter and her boyfriend were running the Bayshore half marathon and it was perfect. The layout of the condo is very nice and there are small touches like coffee and some other extras in case you have forgotten something. Parking is easy- there is one designated space outside and garage parking too. Traverse city is amazing along with the surrounding areas. I will definitely rent again, and plan to stay longer next time!

Beautiful place! This property is impeccably clean, and well stocked. Every detail in this home has been considered and well thought out to make your stay easier. The location is just out of town in a neighborhood. This home does have 2 flights of stairs. You can easily uber to town. If you do not receive check in info reach out in VRBO messenger. We will definitely return!

We came to celebrate my dads 75th birthday and the condo was amazing. Great location to everything. Very well stocked and all the little extra touches were perfect. Look forward to renting again in the future
