The room was fine, clean. The fan for the heater was going on and off every minute or two which made it hard to sleep. We were on the second floor and the people above us were stomping around the room until 4 in the morning. Nit exactly your fault, i know. Maybe post some policies about courtesy and noise and respect for other guests.
