From check in to check out our stay was amazing, every staff member we encountered was super friendly and helpful, each person working the front desk was absolutely wonderful, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good each day although having to watch cnn lie to us each day during it was not pleasant, only problem we had was with WiFi which was poor to fair for most of our stay. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommended

GOOD, not great, not awful

Overall, a comfortable stay, it's kind of average holiday inn. I'm particularly sensitive to smells and cleanliness. So while not perfect, the issues I came across were tolerable and didn't affect overall quality of stay. The walls could have used a good wipe down, and the bathroom still had some kind of splatter from toothpaste. polite front desk not too noisy, but i slept w earplugs. felt safe. Would stay again limited brekfast options, but what they had had was good and service area and tables were clean. Bed comfy and clean. Would stay again if in area.

Didn't get one of the rooms that i booked. Was supposed to be a king bed, but was given 2 queens. Receptionist offered no explanation and claimed hotel was entirely booked which i highly doubt. Bathroom tub had black marks on the glued down non-slip mat. Looked like mold. Bed was decent. The second room i booked was at least the right kind of room.
