"Front desk was very friendly. A man named Mohammad who allowed us to check in early and gave us a room upgrade. Very helpful and accommodating so would recommend this hotel. The rates are pretty good and you are close to Penn station which is easy to get uptown or downtown to all the tourist spots. The hotel room itself is clean and the bed was comfy. I don't think I've ever said this before, but shower pressure was too much - only downside of the room. Aircon, coffee, towels - everything you need. The breakfast bar (Starbucks) downstairs is great addition and perfect to get a morning coffee on your way out. We stayed the day we checkout, but you can store your luggage until 11pm for $5. Again, would definitely recommend."

"There is $ma destination fee, $35 a day from a day you check in and check out. But you can use to purchase Starbucks coffee and food at the lobby and bar afternoon. If you don’t use it, you’ll be still charged $35 a day. Ed Sheeran gives you two ticket of the Guten HAIM Museum or two hours like rental at the Central Park. Our room was 21st floor which has not been remodeled. Our room was clean, but furnitures were old. Great strong shower and very comfortable bed!"
