Nice option, super friendly, family run operation. Easy and very close parking. Priced well compared to options that were closer to Bryce Canyon. About 7 miles to entrance.

The cabin looked brand new and was well stocked with needed essentials. The area is safe and clean. Three restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again and recommend it to others.

It is a really cute little setup! Coffee shop in the front and your personal little cabin and easily walkable to a couple restaurants and the little grocery store while just being a few minutes drive to Bryce Canyon.

Perfect place to recharge after long days hiking

Our cabin was lovely and clean. Tropic is a nice little town extremely close to Bryce Canyon NP and without all the kitschy-ness and crowding that one sees right outside the park gate. The staff is very kind and helpful

This property is physically attractive. When we arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff person and was checked in quickly. We went to the cabin and it was relatively new and well maintained. The cabin was clean and well kept. Up to this point the property was a 5 star. Unfortunately when we returned from dinner we tried to turn on the tv in the main room. It came on but was on Disney and the remote would not change the channel. We tried the tv in the large bedroom with no success as well. The tv in the small bedroom did work and we were able to watch what we wanted. Their office closes at 8;00 and we returned from dinner at 8;10 so I could not resolve the problem.The next morning we ate breakfast down the road and I returned to turn in key and let the staff know about the tvs. Unfortunately they were too busy selling coffee to do anything but coffee customers and thus I could not tell them about the tvs. The property is good value but difficult to resolve issues if early when the office is a coffee shop or after 8;00 at night.

The cabin I stayed in was so cute and comfortable. There’s a little dining room table, microwave, and fridge, which I found so convenient. The office to check in is also the coffee shop that sells food. It was easy and convenient to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. There’s a pizza place steps away from the cabins, which even features alcoholic beverages. The town itself is very peaceful and quiet. Lastly, the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would consider staying here again.

Great place, cozy, close to Bryce Canyon but yet away from the crowds. Everything you need, great coffee and morning sunrises, pizza and food less than a block away, highly recommend. Loved it!

Our cabin was clean, the shower was nice, and the bed was comfy. The front desk was helpful too. We’re booked for our return trip and I know I made a good choice. MIL liked her cabin too.

We appreciated the late check in and recently renovated cabin style room and cleanliness. Excellent location to access the Bryce Canyon (just 15 min drive away). The location too close to the main road felt at times unsafe although the area is quiet and busy with tourists. Limited food choice as local businesses close around 9pm.

This was one of the best stays we have had out west! We stayed in the larger Henderson cabin and found it quite reasonable for the amazing amenity. We really enjoyed this clean, relaxing space.

Blink and you’ll miss it

This hotel is not as close to Bryce Canyon as I thought and in Tropic a little adjacent town ten miles away so that was a boo-boo booking. This would be perfect if you were moving onto grand staircase Escalante national park or other which we were not. I need to recheck my thinking and the description and images to see why I went for it. People are great however and their coffee shop superb. Town however is a blink.
