The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff here is more then awesome and makes you feel like your home. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. There is always a person at the front desk 24/7 to help or get whatever you need. Thank you for going above and beyond to make me and my husband feel like we are at home with family.

I had an issue with checking in on Friday, late. Nobody ever called me. I called them the next day at 12p because I had been waiting for their call. They did honor my stay for Saturday. The room was well worn, at least it was clean and I didn't end up with any bug bites but this hotel needs a revamp on every leverl and I wouldn't EVER stay there again nor refer anyone.

Room had about 4 cockroaches chilling on the floor as I walked in. Room also smelled of literal arse. Go down the road there’s a nice place there you’ll thank yourself. Receptionist was nice though. Helped me out with a refund. Fair play.

I really like this place. Have stayed there several times. But this time there was dog poop on the floor. Management quickly corrected the problem and moved me to a clean room. But they REALLY need to get an exterminator in there! There are roaches. Not just one or two.

The room and bathroom were filthy especially the bathroom. There was white powder all over around the vanity and mold on the ceiling. There was hair in the bathtub and pee all over the toilet. If it hadn’t been a non refundable room we would not have stayed after we checked in. The bed was the horribly uncomfortable.

please run as fast as you can these are scammers. the hotels is barley functioning and absolutely DISGUSTING!! The complimentary “breakfast” is a bag of stale cereal, the beds have bed bugs and the floors and corners were covered in roaches and we found HUGE roach egg casings. Beyond all of this they also REFUSE to refund anyone who complains about the disgusting conditions.
