Ok for an quick overnight stay on the road. Smelly at first because a/c wasn't on. Bed was clean and firm but very noisy with any little turn.

We got there and there were cockroaches all over the room. We asked for a second room, and there was even cockroaches in the second room. We didn’t even stay there. We had to go to another hotel.

Let's get it straight: this is the Monteagle Red Roof Inn. Please lower your expectations. It is a cheap but convenient place to stay if you need to be in the south Cumberland region. It is very near the freeway. The lighting is terrible and the amenities are few. But you get what you pay for, and here, you don't pay much.

Thank goodness we were only sleeping here. We disnt event bring our lugfage in. We just checked in, slept and gotTF out. It smelled like mold and the bathroom foor didnt close and it was suped hot and humid. NOT a comfortable accomodateipn, more like a last resort.

Old, furniture was rough shape, beds were uncomfortable, walls in bathroom were crumbling, front office was small dark and scary. Would never go back, worse was the smell, musty, dirty smell.
