I stayed at the hotel for one night. I enjoyed the stay even though it was brief. The check in process was easy, room was clean, & bathroom was nice. The only complaint I do have is as soon as I was going to get ready for bed I noticed one of the pillows was fairly dirty.

Upon check in I paid in full including the rip off fee of $50 for my dog. With no notice or explanation another bogus charge was added to my bill for $31.90 after I left. I highly recommend another hotel when you visit Sand Springs

The older woman who checked us in (I forget her name) it was after midnight when we got there, she was one of the nicest, most polite people I’ve dealt with. We slept well on our 2 nights there. No complaints at all.

The beds were the worst that I had slept on and the door to our room was unlocked and open when we got there. We spoke with management and they advised house cleaning probably forgot to shut the door. Management was really good to deal with and gave us a free night to use.
