The ONLY positive was the wonderful associate on duty, Tyce!! She went above & beyond to make our stay tolerable. *Common areas were HOT as hell *Room was hot-turned air down to 69 w/no relief *Furniture looked as if it had been left outside for months, terribly stained *broken/unusable/stained toilet that was NEVER fixed *keys continually quit working *ice machine broken I have much higher expectations for a Hilton property. Tyce did move me & my guests to 2 separate but side by side rooms that were adequately cool. First impressions of room made mw want to leave the property-smelled musty, stained furniture-heat….Luckily Tyce came to the rescue. 2nd room had broken toilet, that appeared to have been used(poop stains) and a wet towel laying next to base of it, the handle was clearly broken/unusable, furniture was also stained in these rooms, we asked for extra sheets to out on furniture to feel comfortable. Due to proximity of our appointments and lack of time we had no choice but to stay at this property. I was not impressed and not sure i will EVER trust Expedia to book a room again.

There was only ac in the rooms. There was dirt, dust, noise and fumes from renovation. The room we were given was something out of a nightmare. The door was open and already unlocked. We found dead bugs, the walls were stained, vents were dripping, everything was dirty, smelt like paint, dust, dirt and cigarettes. The couch-bed, was horrific. I’ve seen better on the side of the road. The “clean” shower had hairs in it. The staff were kind and offered other rooms, these were equally terrible. We had to find another hotel to stay, which thankfully was a dream. They should be ashamed for taking people’s money/reservations in the condition this hotel was in.

For being a hilton hotel it was one of the worst ones we stayed at. We didn't know they were under renovations when we booked our stay. The first room they put us in had water coming down the wall in the bathroom . So the office manager moved us to a new room, that new had water damage and mold growing in it. The office manager moved us back to the original room letting us know that they fix the problem. She was really nice and helpful .The pool was really small for the amount of people in it. It also smelt like dirty feet and chlorine.

I cannot stress enough that the staff were the best part of this stay. I am well aware that this was a more economical choice which I will consider next time. However, we booked a suite with pull out couch and it was the most raggedy couch/mattress and room I’ve ever seen. There were questionable stains everywhere and we did not feel comfortable in the room at all. Luckily the front desk was able to move us to a different room that was in decent condition but less privacy since it was a different type of room. I was put off by the place the rest of the stay but I will say it is the most affordable option outside of a motel for a quick stay and like I said, the staff was very helpful. Would not return but will acknowledge convenience of location & affordability.

Bed bugs in multiple rooms, manager Zahir Poonawala was no where to be found even after requested help from nice lady at front desk, other people checking out also complaining about bed bugs at check out, ownership of hotel is a secret, not posted as normal hotel, asked housekeeping about bed bugs and they laughed at me-

Checked in on the app. That part was great. Room was nice and cool but the rest of the hotel was Hot and uncomfortable. Our King bed had a queen fitted sheet on it that was not acceptable. I went to the desk and they offered me the correct sheets so we had to change them ourselves. Tried using the outdoor grill by the pool but they are garbage. I guess we should have heckled them before buying food. App key only worked part of the time. Door going out to pool didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. No water available and waffle mix was thick and not pourable. Very sloppy. Overall not a good experience.

The hotel itself was good and clean. The bedding was different for the life of me could not figure out the sheets system alone with the sheets being rough I finally called housekeeping to come in and make the beds, change out the towels, bring more toilet paper and empty the trash. Was disappointed that the ice machine on our floor was broken so did without. The kids really enjoyed the pool and it was nice and clean.

It was clean, but other than that, it needed a bunch of TLC. The water was very slow draining from the bath tub, you was standing in 6 inches of water after a short shower, it was that slow. Furniture was very worn. Swimming pool water was cloudy, not appealing. Breakfast was not as good as many of the other Homewood Suites I have stayed at.

It was a good location, easy to find, only thing that was they had just painted on the second floor and the smell was so strong. We traveled with 5 children including our 8 month old and just would have appreciated being put on a different floor or part of the hotel that didn’t smell so strong of paint. The pool and basketball court was great for the kids so it was overall good and we enjoyed our trip to the aquarium which is why we traveled to this area.
