Room was very dusty and overwhelming smell of smoke even the sheets had to request air freshener to try in lessen the smell. We also had no breakfast of any kind available or coffee available in the morning.

I was here 6 nights and on last 2 nights they changed my rate from 125 to 207 taking advantage of people in need from ice storm and had no breakfast served the whole stay couldn’t get towels or trash bags!! Only one front desk staff girl was nice!! I will NEVER give my money to this business that has no concern for doing right only selfishness

Breakfast is the only thing really terrible. Very limited selection and the food is cold. Maybe invest in some better heating trays.

There was ants in the bathroom, shower drain didn’t drain , 1/4 roll of toilet paper in bathroom had to go down and get a roll from front desk and the complimentary amenity bottles were empty!!
