There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The TV signal was spotty for multiple channels. Mentioned this to the front desk and was told they know but can't figure it out why. Also there was no ice bucket in the room, and the ice machine is on the 1st floor. The free breakfast was decent and the staff were very nice.

Very nice stay. Only dinged it one star for the fact it was kind of noisy with footsteps, the shower floor was super slippery and the breakfast was not really up to par. Coffee was great though, and the facility overall was clean and nice. Marked it as a new favorite in Tupelo.

Reservation online without working facilities.

Property didn't have heat or hot water due to gas explosion the previous week, but was still taking reservations. Thankfully the hotel did call me to let me know a few hours before I arrived so I could re-book.

I only stayed one night due to fact the city had no hot water. Most if not all restaurants were closed. It was a city wide issue. I was not offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience. If my daughter didn’t have to take her state boards there the next morning we would have left.Worse stay every we could not take a hotel shower!
