As one of our larger Tybee vacation rentals, Sandpiper Seaview 201 is ideal for people planning trips with several family members or friends. The master bedroom features a king size bed, and it has its own private entrance onto the patio. The two other bedrooms each have a comfortable queen sized bed, so the vacation home can easily sleep six people.
The rest of this ocean view condo is also sized for larger groups. An open floor plan lets you stay connected with your loved ones even when everyone is doing different things. The living room has a wide couch and several plush armchairs, and there is plenty of seating in the dining room too. The masters has a roomy en suite bathroom that contains a walk in shower, a full size tub, and a double vanity. In the second bathroom, there is a combination shower and tub that's perfect for rinsing off ocean sand.

Of course one of the biggest perks of Sandpiper Seaview 201 is its incredible location. Situated right next to the coast, you can see the waves directly from the living room. A few steps across the parking lot put you right on Tybee Island's renowned southern beach. This beach has smooth, golden sands and gentle waves perfect for swimming in. Our condo is right by the stretch of the beach that contains the Tybee Beach Pier, so it is in a great spot for fishing or sight seeing.
South beach also has a lot of other fun activities besides swimming. From the condo, you can easily walk to Lighthouse Pizza, Spanky's Beachside, Fannies on the Beach, and other Tybee classics. As the sun sets, explore Tybee night life. You can catch a daiquiri at the laid back Tybee Time bar or play some pool at Rock House. Depending on the time of year, you can also check out some charming Tybee festivals and holiday parades.
There's enough to keep you occupied for days in just the blocks around Sandpiper Seaview 201. However, don't forget that there is a whole island to explore. The northern part of Tybee is a bit less developed, so there are more opportunities for things like paddleboarding and dolphin watching. On the eastern coast of Tybee, there is a unique marshland habitat that you can explore on foot or in a kayak. With plenty of great activities to choose from, you are sure to have a blast while staying on Tybee Island.
Southern Belle Pool Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
Guests with Pets If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.
