Blue Skies is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with over 2300 square feet of interior living space and heaps off outdoor living and offers something for everyone! Special features include a back yard patio with fire pit, 2 screened porches with tons of seating, outdoor shower, and a guest favorite - the screened and covered ground level game room with shuffle board, corn hole, TV, lounge and dining space and more!

Blue Skies is located just a 7-10 minute walk to the nearest North Island beach access, at Byers Street, your days could be spent watching dolphins play and ships cruising the Savannah River. The north beach is known for gentle wave action, making it perfect for witnessing sunrises or sunsets or combing the shoreline for seashells. You will also be located only 300 yards, or a 4-5 minute walk, away from the popular restaurant and bar Hucapoo's, along with a great coffee shop, and a selection of unique locally owned shops and galleries.

Guests will enter the home through the screened porch, which is just above ground level, on the main living level of the home. The wrap-around porch has comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table that seats 6. The open plan living, kitchen, and dining area are just inside from the screened-in porch. The living room has a sleeper sofa and oversized plush chairs. The open concept kitchen is bright and has a great breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining guests while preparing meals. The kitchen features solid surface countertops and custom-built cabinetry. The living area has high ceilings and lots of natural light with upper-level windows surrounding a beautiful built-in bookcase. The dining table seats 6. The half bath powder room and a laundry room with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen. Also located on the second level is the primary bedroom which includes a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, and dual walk-in closets. The primary bathroom has a separate tub and walk-in shower with custom tile and glass doors and dual shower-heads.

The second and third bedrooms are upstairs, on the second living level of the home. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen size beds, a flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom. This bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has a King size bed and a twin bed, and plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows.

The ground level of the home, below the main living level, has a large screened game room that is a great space for entertaining and the whole family. There is an internal staircase that connects to the ground level. There is a wall-mounted TV and 2 dining tables with combined seating for 8 to enjoy outdoor dining or cookouts with friends and family. Challenge your guests with a game of corn hole or Shuffle Board, both games are available for use in the entertainment. Relax after a day of excitement around the fire pit on the back patio.

The home is secluded by large trees and natural landscaping, located on a quiet street. There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, perfect to wash away the sand after a day at the beach. There is parking in front of the home for 3 cars. Located in the rear of the home is a separate driveway with additional parking for 2 cars that can be accessed from the private lane just past Solomon Avenue. The home has a WIFI, a gas grill, and a hot and cold outdoor shower. This home is pet-friendly.
