Lighthouse Point 13C is a top-floor condo that is located just steps from the beach and pool and will offer guests a great vacation experience and beautiful views of the bay, ships, shrimp boats from your private balcony.
The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom is furnished with two Full sized beds. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. A condo is a great option for family getaways or couples!
Lighthouse Point 13C is located on the third floor for maximum view, but you must climb stairs as there is no elevator available in this building. There is also community WIFI for guest use at the pool area along with dedicated WIFI for just your use of the unit. Two reserved and covered parking spaces available. Spaces are narrow, so over-sized vehicles may not fit.

The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
