Located just 1 block from the beach with direct beach access via a private street where you can enjoy one of the most sought after beaches on Island! This home includes a working elevator so it is handicap accessible; No stairs are necessary for full access to the property.
Located on the South end of Tybee Island just steps away to the 18th Street beach access. This extremely desirable location has the perks of being where all of the action is (STEPS from the beach and a SHORT walk to the island's amenities such as shops, restaurants, and bars) but is tucked away on a private drive to provide privacy and serenity for your beach vacation.
Tybee Retreat's condo#2 offers an open concept living space that is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. The comfortably furnished living space gives way to the covered patio that features a teak dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Come and enjoy!

Bedroom 2: king sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in tub/shower combo.

Getting Around: You won't have to drive anywhere, simply park for free and go and enjoy the beach, bars, shops, and restaurants the island has to offer. Tybee Retreat has a total of four condo units, each having covered ground level parking for two vehicles. Please note over-sized trucks and SUV's may not fit under this covered parking area.
Other Things to Note: Since we consider Tybee Retreat to be a family friendly property and we know Pets are just as much family as our own children, Pets are permitted with approval and additional pet fees (maximum of 2 dogs, Cats are not permitted). A pet fee of $35 per pet per night is required.
In the garage guests have access to beach carts, umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (on a first come first serve bases).
High-speed WIFI is available throughout the property. Checkout time 10:00 AM Prior to checkout: 1.) Please take all trash to the trash carts in the front of the property. 2.) Please load and start the dishwasher. 3.) Please make sure all dirty towels are placed in the tub or shower respectively. 4.) Please ensure the deadbolt is locked.
