Woke up to bed bugs biting us in our bed. Floor tile was peeling up off of the ground. Kept tripping on it. One of our rooms didn’t have the extra security latch, it was broken off.

The room was terribly taken care of...the bathroom door had duct tape on it; the wall in the bathroom had dead buds smashed on it and some foreign substance that looked like it had been wiped onto the wall by someone's finger. The bed felt like we were sleeping on the floor with a quilt over it. I have stayed in some older motels before, but this was purely neglect.

The staff are very kind and efficient. The place is wonderfully quiet!!! I requested no room service for added privacy and they were great to accommodate this request.
