Would Not Return

The hotel wasn’t ready for us to check in, an hour past the check in time. They were quite unapologetic about this and told us that they overbooked the hotel. The room wasn’t clean, and they didn’t come back to provide fresh towels despite our request. Also upon our return one night, the front desk guy pulled out a knife on other patrons and was verbally aggressive. Could be a perfectly fine hotel if they figured out their staffing issues, stopped overbooking, and hired more cleaners. And perhaps trained their staff to not pull knives on people.

The grounds were very cute and nice. The pool was warm. They had buttered popcorn when you walk in, major plus! And the breakfast buffet was really good! I was Very impressed by that. And the staff were all super nice and accommodating! Really great experience overall and would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area!

The description of room with a "view" should be removed entirely. It is highly misleading. Our "city" view was the parking lot below. If the price point includes a "view" lodgers are owed a refund.

The parking lot is a disaster. This might be because of the exposed garbage dump or the construction on site but it is unsafe and unclean.

I will say Mario was an excellent welcomed breath of fresh air as I arrived. The bed was hard. The pillows were not the best, but worst of all I wanted to go swimming in the hot tub in the morning and at 9 AM. I went in to go into the pool and it was filthy and I went to the front desk and told the management That there were Band-Aids floating in the pool and so they sent somebody with towels and they cleaned outside filters, but never cleaned the pool very disappointing

Easy location off of the 101. Walmart and food options nearby. Staff friendly, rooms clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again if traveling through the area.

We didnt get the room that we booked. The front desk guy said he couldn't let us have it at the price we booked. He was very unhelpful. No towels in the pool/hot tub area. In our room, the toilet was so close to the bathroom cabinet you couldnt sit down without leaning over to the side. Our room was very noisy and traffic sounds kept my wife up all night.
