I am a regular at this hotel and I asked to check in early for about an hour, so from 11-12. Because I had to leave again and not return until 4:00pm. I Just needed to freshen up after a 5 hour drive. They wanted to charge me an extra fee of which I didn’t have, however they did let me use the lobby’s bathroom so I can wash my face and change clothing . The reception even recognized me from previous stays, but unable to accommodate.

Needs some improvements

The floor wasn’t clean, the bathtub was stained, the toilet paper holder needed replaced, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work and we had to ask for extra pillows because they were so flat! Aside from that, the room was okay, pleasantly decorated and the bed was comfortable.

Just felt uncomfortable in the room

Just didn't feel comfortable at the location. While staff was helpful the hotel is rundown. The floors feel like concrete and are uncomfortable to walk on even in socks.

I was very upset because the hotel was advertised as having a pool and it did not. The guy that was at the desk that checked us in and checked us out wasnt very friendly at all. Now the over night guy was very nice. The room smelled fun̈ny the bathroom was dingy looking like it hadnt been properly being cleaned. Overall it was not a hotel id stay at again.
