The reviews are accurate. No hot water, pool closed and the rooms are very dated and dirty. We checked and no bed bugs and bed was actually very comfortable but interesting guests and just very dated. The staff were, however, very friendly and informative! Good points on that end. Definitely cheap!

This hotel is in bad need of repair. Holes in the wall. Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. Shower knob was missing. Dark because lights were out.

This stay was horrible. Room smelled like cigarettes, room was completely ran down. Carpet stained, under remodel, pool closed, and doors were propped open for people smoking cigarettes. Pretty bad to leave exit doors propped open all night. As it allows unexpected guests to roam the hotel. No two queen beds were available. We ended up getting one right next to the exit doors could hear all conversations outside and could smell lingering smoke smell.

This hotel is so rundown and un maintained. It was dirty, smelly, outdated. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Overall unpleasant.

This was the absolute worst place i have ever stayed in my life.. we had no garbage can at all., the handle for the shower was in the shower, no smoke alarm,the plug ins didnt work at all the t.v. did not workand the lock on our door didnt work either. And i was charged $104.00 for this room

I will never book through a 3rd party like Expedite again. My Reservation was for 2 nights. We had no hot water to take a shower before bed. No one at the front desk to assist us. They let us check out for the 2nd night, they didn’t know when the hot water would be repaired, for a refund I needed to go through expedite for my refund. This was on May 11th. and today is June 14th and this still has not been resolved. I have turn this over to my visa acct. Spend an extra buck and book your room directly with the motel.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The room as a whole was very old and run down. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, beer can left on the windowsill. The bathroom was very much in disrepair.

After reading other reviews, I truly wish I would have looked at them before hand. After driving all day, we arrived at 10:30pm, another couple was already waiting for any staff to greet, or check them in. We waited for over half an hour, rang the bell at least half a dozen times, and walked around the entire hotel which was filthy, smelled like an ashtray. The pool was down one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, reviews I've seen say it's been down at least the last 4 months. Ideally, yes, it would have been nice to just leave and try to find a different hotel, but the payment for this one was already taken, it was late, and we were exhausted from travel. Finally a female came walking out of one the guest rooms with a man, fixing her clothing, getting to the counter she quickly handed keys to the room without asking for any proof of identity, and had us sign one paper. We got our luggage from the car, and made it upstairs to the room to see the attendant waiting. She said she forgot our room didn't need keycard. We didn't see any other rooms with a keypad.The code was the room number, anyone could know that. The windows were broken, no lock to get in, homeless all over outside, and filthy. My husband felt unsafe enough to barricade the door just in case. This was the worst hotel I've ever been in.

Toilet would clog every time it was flushed even after using their plunger. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling the carpet was pulling away from the wall and was moldy behind it there was no hot water in the shower just luke warm the hall wall paper was peeling off the blankets had burn marks in them and stains there was a used kotex stuck to the pipes inder the bathroom sink the door that leads outside had no lock so anyone could walk into the building. The pool and hot tub were closed down as well.

Sheets were very stained with god knows what. I think they were clean or at least I told myself that so I could get to sleep. Mini fridge didn’t work. Toilet runs all night. Swing lock over the door missing. Place needs some serious work and was not worth the $$. People who looked like druggies hanging out outside of the place at all hours. Constant noise throughout the night probably due to the druggies in the hallways. Front counter staff was nice-ish when she was there. We booked 2 nights for a tournament (Friday and Saturday). We were both out of the tournament on Saturday and would have still stayed that night if the place wasn’t so dumpy. When we got back Saturday around 6pm, and our keys didn’t work, the front desk gal was nowhere to be found. I rang the Ring to get her to come to the desk and still waited. So I call the number for the hotel and it just rang. There were 2-3 more ring cameras set up inside the lobby as surveillance I’m assuming. I rang all of them and still nothing. I waited for about 20 minutes. Would not recommend staying here. Total dump. We paid for 2 nights and only stayed one.

When you rent the cheapest room

I was traveling Amtrak shopping and seeing the sights. Different hotel each night and this was a last minute reservation so I could go to the last mall in WA. I paid for the cheapest room in town and that is what I got. The hotel is safe and clean just ran down and it has the original 80’s furnishings.
