The property was Dated yet clean. The towel for a Sheraton were like “gym” towels” that I could find at Sam’s club. I found a pair of Underwear on on of the drawers and the TV Remote was missing but the Staff was QUICK to Remedy the situation. The room was very convenient for me and my small dog. And the maid was knocking at the door before check-out time. Felt way RUSHED!! But was polite.

Not only did the front desk not know how to check in guest, There was no water in the am, no coffee or breakfast The second morning asked about coffee all container’s weee empty, asked for coffee the front desk said sure however they never refilled for filled the coffee. Never offered any accommodations for the no water issue or coffee Never recommend this hotel to anyone

We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be returning. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff and service were excellent.

Love how close it is to the Ventura Harbor and the Island Packers. It’s nice that they have a hot tub and pool. Only downside is that the building is really old and worn down.

Upon arrival the staff was not the friendly. The room smelled. We only stayed because it was the closet to family for 1night. The outside cooridor to the room did not feel safe, the room was uncomfortable due to temperature and bed quality. I woke up sweating like it was 100 degrees in the room, the fridge was not cold, microwave would not hear my food, towels felt like sandpaper. Overall horrible night. The only sentiment I was given was "Im sorry" upon me checking out. To anyone...find somewhere else to stay and pay the extra. ...you will thank yourself later.

We did not like the parking at all. It is a small lot that is extremely far from many of the rooms, including ours. my husband could;dn't even drive closer to our room to help me with my disability. plus, they charge $12 a night! we will not stay here again.
